This notice explains the information Filmxads uses to review submissions, process payments, produce clips, and operate the service.
Information we process
We process your contact email, brand name, public website, logo, brand description, requested action, offer amount, payment references, moderation results, provider job references, and messages sent to us.
We also process technical logs such as IP address, browser details, request timestamps, error records, and interaction analytics needed to secure and improve the service.
Why we process it
We use this information to perform the purchase contract, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal duties, communicate about the reservation, produce and publish the clip, and protect Filmxads and its audience.
Public Brand Cards include the sponsor identity, website, logo, and description supplied for publication. Published clips and Brand Cards may remain visible and shareable until removed or replaced.
Service providers and transfers
Stripe processes payments. Convex stores application data. OpenAI assists moderation. fal processes video generation and upscaling. Mux stores and streams published video. Resend or another configured email provider sends operational messages. Vercel hosts the web application.
These providers may process data outside Italy or the European Economic Area under their own terms and lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention and rights
We retain records for service operation, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Failed drafts and operational logs may be deleted earlier when no longer needed.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority.
