Uncaptured authorizations

If another eligible payment makes your offer too low before validation, Filmxads cancels the authorization without capture. Your bank controls how quickly a temporary hold disappears.

Captured payments

Captured payments are generally final because generation work and provider costs begin after capture. Creative differences, adaptation of the requested action, or omission of the brand inside the generated video do not by themselves require a refund. The Brand Card remains the guaranteed placement.

Filmxads may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion, including for technical failure or another exceptional case. A policy violation or later removal does not automatically require a refund. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
