Filmxads is operated from Italy by CorsiDavideOrso, an Italian sole proprietorship. These terms govern purchases and use of the website.
What you purchase
A successful purchase creates a reservation for a sponsored clip in the collaborative Filmxads film. New clips appear first and move earlier clips later. Your position is not reserved while Stripe Checkout is open.
The purchased duration follows the amount shown at checkout. The guaranteed placement is the Brand Card shown by the Filmxads player during your clip. Placement of the brand inside the generated video is not guaranteed.
Creative control
Your requested action is a suggestion. Filmxads may change or omit it for continuity, safety, technical limits, or quality. The generated result may differ substantially from your request.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the brand name, website, logo, description, and requested action and to authorize their use in the film and Brand Card.
Payment and position
Prices are charged in whole United States dollars. Stripe first authorizes the offered amount. Filmxads captures it only if the offer still meets the live minimum when the backend validates it. Otherwise, Filmxads cancels the authorization. A bank may still display a temporary hold.
A paid reservation may take time to generate, process, review, and publish. Provider failure does not require another payment. Filmxads may retry or replace a failed clip.
Removal and availability
Filmxads may reject, remove, replace, or disable content that violates these terms or the Content Policy. The service may change or stop, and uninterrupted availability is not promised.
AI media can contain unexpected errors or artifacts. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
